Our Partnership Prospectus

The 2026 Partnership Prospectus outlines Techsploration's mission to empower young women and gender-diverse youth in grades 9 through 12. By providing hands-on, mentor-led programming, the initiative aims to bridge the gender gap in the Skilled Trades and STEM fields where these groups remain significantly underrepresented. The prospectus emphasizes that mentorship is a powerful catalyst; students guided by women in non-traditional fields are 2.5 times more likely to pursue those career paths themselves.
